Scrapbooking, friends, and good food, what a perfect combination. Thanks to my good friend Donna Battistone, we were able to serve 2 delicious cheese balls at the NSD retreat. You asked for them and here they are, the receipe to the cheese balls;
PINEAPPLE CHEESE BALL
16 OZ Cream Cheese Softened
1/4 CUP Chopped Bell Pepper
1/4 CUP Chopped onions
1-15 OZ can of crushed pineapples(drained)
2 TSP accent salt
2 Cups of chopped pecans
Put 1 1/2 cup of the pecans inside the cheese ball and
Roll the rest of the pecans on the outside of the ball
DRIED BEEF CHEESE BALL
16 OZ cream cheese softened
6 green onions chopped fine
1 Can of chopped black olives
1 TSP accent salt
1 jar of dried beef (cut beef into small pieces)
Mix together to form ball
Roll in another jar of dried beef
