CARDSTOCK, PATTERNED PAPER and SPECIALITY PAPER are essential to the art of scrapbooking. When storing your paper, use something sturdy to prevent damage. There are several types of paper organizers. to choose from.Your storage solution will depend on how much paper you have. You can buy stackable trays, file drawers or metal racks.
*Stackable trays are perfect for 12x12 paper. They can be stacked on wall shelves or on top of your desk.
* File drawers make good paper organizers because they can be attached to your desk or they can be free standing.

Organized scrapbooking space will help you create layouts and greeting cards more efficiently because you will be able to easily locate your tools and supplies. Scrapbook TOOLS are the heart of your scrapbooking experience. Without the proper tools you will not be able to create beautiful layouts, and greeting cards. Here are some helpful and inexpensive ways to store your scrapbooking tools:
* Use a hanging shoe organizer that will hang on a door to store your scissors, punches, stickers, adhesive, etc. The clear plastic pockets are deep and supplies will be easily visable.
* You can also use a tool caddy that rotates. You can set the tool caddy on your desk for easy access.

Photos are one of the most important components of your scrapbook pages. You can quickly organize photos into ziploc storage bags. Label the bags with information about the event and what layout they will be attached to. Photos can also be stored in their original sleeve and put into shoe boxes. When searching for something to store your photos in, you should make sure to get something that is photo safe and acid free so you can keep your photos in good condition.
